In preparation for his upcoming Authentic album, LL Cool J and his DJ, DJ Z-Trip are gathering Ice Cube, Public Enemy and De La Soul for their upcoming Kings Of The Mic tour. The tour kicks off May 23 in Tucson, Ariz., and will also travel to Las Vegas, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, New York, Cleveland and Houston before wrapping up in New Orleans on July 5. LL is touring in support of his upcoming new album, ‘Authentic,’ which drops in stores on April 30th. The rapper-actor hasn’t toured in quite some time but felt this summer was the moment to give the fans a helluva rap show. LL was quoted saying, “This album and tour are for you. Thank you for being there from day 1.”
