Brooklyn based Nitty Scott got recognized when she opened for Q-Tip at the 2011 Brooklyn Hip-Hop Fest. She has since gone on to be considered the hottest female newcomer on the underground Hip-Hop circuit.
Her latest offering is a remix of her 2011 track "Auntie Marias Crib". This however is no ordinary remix, it features Queens heavyweight Action Bronson who has carved his own lane in New York subculture Hip-Hop. It also features a verse from another one of New Yorks finest, Bronx resident, The Kid Daytona.
This Neapolitan Remix was produced by Clay Hillman. It is a sample based track that does not include racing hi-hats or hand claps where a snare should be. It's real boom-bap that represents New York well.
